• Drug users
• Particularly, intravenous and long-term users
• Particularly, users of opiates, stimulants, and volatile substances

• Recreational drug users
• Those in need of after-care after having finished treatment or having started to abstain
• Family members, friends, partners of drug users
• The public

Main Goal

The main goal is to motivate drug users to a life without drugs or to improve their life quality, especially their health and social situation (prevention of infectious diseases, development of work habits, housing, improvement of family relationships).

Main Principle

The main principle of the service is low-threshold entry, active search for clients, non-discriminating approach, discretion protecting the client's anonymity, individual approach to each client, quality standard of professional competency.

Service Offer:

• Contact work and counselling in the drop-in centre and in the field
• Basic counselling, syringe exchange programme and other medical material
• Crisis intervention
• Assistance with basic medical care
• HIV tests
• Social support - in the form of modern social work (counselling, assistance)
• Basic support in the form of food and hygiene (shower, washing machine)
• Work with imprisoned clients
• Continuing support to clients after having finished treatment
• Outreach programme in Uherské Hradiště, Uherský Brod, Staré Město, and Kunovice
• Programme aimed at raising awareness of the public
• Informative meetings for schools, organized both in the schools and in the drop-in centre
