"STANDARD FINISH" ICONS
The picture is placed on the piece of wood or wooden material MDF and the surface is varnished in full. The prices of wooden icons are about 20-25%
higher than the prices of MDF icons (refer to the price list). Then the edge of the picture is gently gilded (coloured). The icons are produced in six sizes
and vary in thickness from 1.6 cm to approximately 2.6 cm. The icons are made generally for hanging, but it is possible to order standing or combined
versions in advance. On the back of the icon there is a brief description including its name, date, and the artist's place of origin. The icons are
protected and sealed in transparent removable film.
"LUXURY" ICONS FOR SPECIAL ORDERS
The term "luxury icon" indicates those icons which have been specially hand carved, painted and artistically decorated with gold (colour).
These icons imitate the classic and ancient style of icon production. These special products are available from the whole range of the catalogue
, but only in the size categories C,D,E and F. Each luxury icon is an original. Therefore the price of each icon is set after the icon is made and
the prices are limited by the price range of the price list. When ordering it is necessary to prefix "LUX" to the code.
"UNUSUAL-SHAPED" ICONS
Unsual-shaped icons differ from the standart shape as they come in different shapes and their production is more difficult and requires higher skills, hence the higher price. These icons are coded with the letter A (e.g. code A 105). They
inclde all kinds of crosses.
